These Terms of Sale (“Terms”) govern all purchases made from Clawz (“we,” “us,” “our”) through our website. By placing an order, you agree to these Terms, our Shipping Policy and our Returns & Refunds Policy.

1) Eligibility & Customer Accounts

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your state) to purchase. You are responsible for maintaining your account credentials and for all activity under your account.

2) Products, Pricing & Availability

• We may change product descriptions, images, pricing, and availability at any time without notice.
• All prices are listed in USD and do not include applicable sales taxes, which are calculated at checkout.
• Minor variations in color/finish can occur due to lighting, displays, or batch differences.

3) Orders & Acceptance

• Your order is an offer to buy; we accept only when we send a shipping confirmation.
• We may cancel or refuse any order (e.g., suspected fraud, address issues, stock errors). If payment was captured, we will issue a prompt refund.

4) Payment

• We accept the payment methods shown at checkout. By paying, you certify you are authorized to use the selected method.
• If a payment is declined, your order may be canceled.

5) Shipping & Delivery

• We currently ship to the United States only.
• Free standard shipping on all U.S. orders.
• Processing time: 1–3 business days (Mon–Fri, excluding holidays).
• Transit time: 3–7 business days after dispatch.
• You will receive a tracking number once your order ships. Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by carrier or weather delays.

6) Risk of Loss & Title

Title and risk of loss pass to you upon delivery to the carrier. If a package appears lost or damaged, contact us promptly with your order number and photos of the packaging and items.

7) Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

• You can request a refund within 30 days of delivery, per our Returns & Refunds Policy.
• For hygiene reasons, opened or used nail sets, glue, or adhesive tabs cannot be returned unless defective or damaged upon arrival.
• Start a return by logging into your account, selecting the relevant item(s), and submitting your request. If approved, you’ll receive email instructions and a prepaid return label.
• Refunds are issued to the original payment method after we receive and verify the return.
• For exchanges, please start a return and place a new order for the desired item.

8) Cancellations & Order Changes

We process orders quickly; if you need to cancel or change an order, contact us immediately. We cannot guarantee modifications once processing has begun.

9) Product Safety & Use

• Our press-on nails are intended for external, cosmetic use only.
• Adhesives may contain cyanoacrylate. Perform a patch test and discontinue use if irritation occurs.
• Keep glue and small parts away from children and pets. Follow the application/removal instructions provided.

10) Promotions & Discount Codes

Promotions are subject to their posted terms and may change or end without notice. Only one code may be applied per order unless stated otherwise. Promotions are not retroactive.

11) No Resale

Purchases are for personal, non-commercial use. We reserve the right to limit or cancel orders that appear to be placed by resellers.

12) Errors & Inaccuracies

We do our best to ensure accuracy; however, errors (pricing, description, availability) may occur. We reserve the right to correct such errors and to cancel any affected orders with a prompt refund.

13) Warranties & Liability

• Products are provided “as is” to the fullest extent permitted by law.
• To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising from a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for the product at issue.
• We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (including lost profits), except where prohibited by law.

14) Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of France, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. You agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in France.

15) Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date above reflects the latest version. Continued purchases after changes constitute acceptance.
