Where we ship

• We currently ship to the United States only. No international shipping at this time.

Cost

• Free standard shipping on all U.S. orders.

Processing time

• Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Mon–Fri, excluding holidays).

Delivery time

• After dispatch, standard delivery takes 3–7 business days.

Tracking

• You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking as soon as your order ships. You can also track your order on your account.

Address issues & delivery delays

• Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.
• Carrier delays and weather events are outside our control, but we’ll help you track and resolve issues.
• If your order arrives damaged, contact us with clear photos of the item and packaging so we can assist.
