Orders, Shipping & Tracking

Where do you ship? Do you offer international shipping?

We currently ship to the United States only. No international shipping for now.

When will I get my order?

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Mon–Fri, excluding holidays).
After dispatch, standard delivery takes 3–7 business days. Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by carrier or weather delays.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes, free standard shipping on all U.S. orders.

How do I track my order?

You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link as soon as your order ships. You can also log in to your account to view order status. (Tracking may take 24–48 hours to update after the carrier receives the package.)

Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?

We process orders quickly. Contact us immediately with your order number if you need to cancel or change details. Once processing has begun—or if the order has shipped—we can’t guarantee changes. If it’s already shipped, please follow our Returns & Refunds Policy.

My package is delayed — what should I do?

Carrier delays can happen. Check your tracking link for the latest scans. If there’s no movement for several days or you need help, contact us with your order number and we’ll investigate with the carrier.
