Returns & Refunds Policy

Return window
You can request a refund within 30 days of delivery.

Eligibility

  • Items must be unused, in their original packaging, with all accessories included (glue, adhesive tabs, file).
  • For hygiene reasons, opened or used nail sets, glue, or adhesive tabs cannot be returned unless the item is defective or damaged on arrival.
  • Final-sale items and gift cards are not eligible.

How to start a return

  1. Log in to your customer account.
  2. Open the relevant order, click on start a return, and select the item(s) you wish to return.
  3. Submit your request.
  4. If approved, youโ€™ll receive an email confirmation with step-by-step shipping instructions and a prepaid return label to print.

Damaged or defective items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us first. We may ask for clear photos of the item, packaging, and shipping label to speed up resolution. Approved cases will receive a replacement or refund.

Refunds

  • Refunds are issued to your original payment method after the return is received and verified by our team.
  • Please allow 3โ€“5 business days for inspection and processing, plus your bankโ€™s standard posting time (typically 3โ€“10 business days).

Exchanges
To exchange an item, please start a return as above and place a new order for the desired item/size.

Return shipping
Use only the return label we provide. Returns sent without authorization may be refused.
